Sellappa Gopalaswamy has over 17 years of software development experience across consulting, finance, telecommunications, healthcare and Mortgage verticals.He has served in technical consulting roles at Citigroup, BT/AT&T, Nextel, United Health, Qwest, Sprint, Fanniemae and Booze Allen. He has provided project management and engineering leadership to various Sysgain projects and product initiatives.He has setup Sysgain India development office and manages its day-to-day operations.Sellappa has a BS in computer engineering from University of Madras and Master's in computer Science from George Mason University, Virginia. In 2010 he also assumed the additional title of CFO and is now responsible for the complete finance operations of the company.

Ram Thummala has over 18 years of IT experience building applications for major corporations in the fields of utility, retail, finance, telecommunications and knowledge management. After obtaining his Master's Degree from Virginia Tech, he began his consulting career with Inter American Development Bank. In 1995 he joined TEK Systems and has worked with their clients such as Concert Communications, RBC, etc., to develop broad range of database applications for clients. He then was invited to work with their Solutions group and was instrumental in its development from the early stages working on various database and ETL projects. In 2001, he started working with KnowledgePool focused on the Knowledge Management for the Fortune 500 companies and participated in the development of Talent Management Solution. After co-founding Sysgain, he worked on various projects including Taggle, Leadership Transitions etc. He is currently involved in developing software for utility industry

Michael Brophy has spent the last 12 years in the software technology sector, serving in support/training, solutions engineering, technical sales, technology strategy, and development roles serving Fortune 500 clients. From 1997-2006 he served in technical roles at PETCO Animal Supplies, SumTotal Systems (formerly Click2learn), Safeco Insurance, Thomson NETg, and Hitachi Data Systems. In 2006 he launched IntegraLearn Corportion which was acquired two years later by Sysgain, then an eight year old technical staffing solutions provider. He joined as Sysgain's VP of Sales & Product Strategy, founded their Seattle office, and built a relationship with Microsoft where Sysgain has become a trusted program management and technical solutions provider. In 2010 he was named CEO and is now responsible for focusing everyone in the organization on providing clients with innovative and efficient solutions, superior service, and fostering a culture of excellence.
